Duple indexes publicly available listing data and links to source marketplaces. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices.
Submitting a takedown notice
Email legal@duple.app with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL(s) on Duple you want removed, (3) your contact details, (4) a good-faith statement, and (5) your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to the identified listings. Because Duple links to third-party sources, removing a listing from Duple does not remove it from the source marketplace — you may also wish to contact the marketplace directly.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g) to the same address.
